Here is some more useful information.
"
Leadership Bonus "
Take the PainIncreases armor protection of squadmates in your proximity.
Silent StepIncreases stealth by allowing nearby squadmates to move at both regular and running speeds without detection from the motion sensor.
First AidRegenerates the health of squadmates in your proximity.
As you can see as how important it is to stay close to your squad. Also communication to the leaders plays a big role in a game.
I always recommend to jam the enemies network first. If defending, count to 7 by 1 1000 2 1000 3 1000, etc. Jam the network on 7.
This allows for the enemies spawn time and you get the most of your jamming abilities.
Tell or even ask your leaders if they are ready to be refreshed for their airstrikes. Always take into effect that they are under a different cool down than you. Meaning that they have to take turns in calling there airstrikes on a targeted area.
You as OIC are not goverened by the squad and platoon leaders cool down meter. You have your very own!
Try to remember that players do want to win but the majority are playing to have fun and do not want to feel as if your bossing them around.
" Remember "
Keep a close eye on the CNI and mini maps. Know what is going on in the game and where to send help if needed.
