Rockstars Red Dead Redemption

Hey Guys,

I haven`t been on for some time updating news and new games so I do apologize for the neglect. I just wanted to give all of you a review on Red Dead Redemption (RDR).

This game is a must buy if you are into the Wild West. Maybe some of or even most of have played Grand Theft Auto (GTA). Well RDR is like GTA in the Wild West.

The campaign mode for RDR is the best campaign game I ever played for the PS3. There is something in there for everybody young or old and even male or female.

It has excellent mini-games like Poker, Black Jack, Horseshoes, etc. etc.. There are so many missions and tasks that you could play the game for a eternity.

The movie story is very interesting and alluring. Your always wanting to know what comes next and where it will take you.

The graphics are very good and they did a brilliant job on the horses. You can actually see the muscle movement while riding. The controls for the horses are right on key as well.

It has everything you can imagine that the West had to offer. The story takes place in the early 1900`s so there is electricity and trains.

You meet up with the wildest characters imaginable. There will be bounty`s and people in distress to help along your trek.

Then there is the animals and hunting. There is cougers, deer, boars, rattlesnakes, coyotes, wolfs, eagles, vultures, owls, bear, elk, the list goes on and on.

There are many unlockables and I foresee major Downloadable Content (DLC).

There is multi-player available as well. I haven`t played online alot, I am only at a level 17 at the moment.

It is extremely fun to play with your friends. You ride around on your horses talking and laughing and shooting everything in site.

So if your looking for weeks of enjoyment, Get Red Dead Redemption.

Yes there is a online multiplayer mode. I was playing with OWN-AGE, Scousegit67, Twins, and his wife the other day.

It was so much fun, we was shooting and killing everything in site. I heard that they are releasing DLC on 6/22.10 for co-op as well.

This game was the first one that pulled my attention from MAG with any seriousness (I went and tried out Dragonage for a while). It's seriously fun, although I've heard the multiplayer is a bit flawed with its autoaim feature, plus the fact that a person can be shot out from behind cover.

I will add my vote of confidence to this game.
